Peel Off Strength Tester
Persistently marching in today's competitive market, our company is recognized as one of the well established manufacturers, suppliers and exporters of Peel Off Strength Tester. We are committed to offer quality range of testing equipment, so we use high-end raw materials during the manufacturing. We duly check these testing equipments on quality norms before supplying to clients. Acknowledged for their high efficiency, robust construction and accurate results, Peel Off Strength Tester is primarily used to test the self-adhesiveness of foam sheet.
Further details:
The GLOBE Peel Off Strength Tester for self-adhesive foam sheets is designed to find the force needed to peel off the sheet from the surface it is pasted on. It consists of a smooth horizontal glass plate for pasting the test specimen on and an arrangement to measure the force needed to separate the test specimen from the glass plate it is pasted on.
The glass plate is firmly held on the base of the tester. The test specimen is pasted over it by pressing it down with the help of a standard rubber-lined roller. The test specimen is bent into a U shape to apply peeling force at an angle of 180° to its length.
One edge of the test specimen is held in a flat grip. The grip is pulled at a constant speed with the help of a screw mechanism driven by a synchroset electric motor. It is also connected to a load cell for measurement of peel off force acting on it. A digital display with peak force indicating arrangement enables measurement of both the instantaneous force and maximum force exerted during the peeling off operation. Micro switches are provided to automatically stop the motor at the extreme ends of the travel of the grip

FAQs of Peel Off Strength Tester:
Q: How does the Peel Off Strength Tester measure peel strength?
A: The tester measures peel strength by applying a controlled force to separate two bonded materials at a programmable speed, using its 50 kg capacity load cell. The built-in LED digital display then shows the precise force required to peel the specimen.
Q: What types of materials and specimen sizes can be tested with this instrument?
A: The tester is designed for a range of adhesive materials, fabrics, laminates, or tapes. Specimen size standards are 150 x 25 mm, but customized sizes can also be accommodated upon request.
Q: When should I use the manual versus automatic mode?
A: Manual mode offers direct control for customized or delicate procedures, while automatic mode ensures consistent, repeatable testing for standard operations. Choose the mode that best fits your testing requirements or specimen specifics.
Q: Where is this Peel Off Strength Tester manufactured and supplied?
A: This product is manufactured, exported, and supplied by industry specialists in India and is available for purchase both domestically and internationally.
Q: What is the process for calibrating the tester?
A: Calibration is straightforward using the supplied calibration weights and the detailed operation manual. Follow the instructions for periodic calibration to maintain accurate, reliable results.
Q: How does the overload protection improve safety during tests?
A: The overload protection system automatically halts the operation if the load exceeds the testers maximum capacity, while the emergency stop provides immediate shutdown to prevent accidents or equipment damage.
Q: What are the primary benefits of using this digital peel strength tester?
A: Benefits include precise peel strength measurement with high resolution, robust safety features, flexibility with programmable speeds, and ease of use thanks to comprehensive documentation and included accessories.
